Most of our items are preorders - we order just enough for the orders placed. In the event that you are interested in an exchange, please email us first and we can check our inventory. We will try our best to find a solution for you!
Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of USPS, sadly, we are no longer responsible for the package. In the unfortunate event that a problem does arise, please contact USPS or the postal carrier.
