Exchanges 

In the event that you are interested in an exchange, please email us first (support@thentvs.com) and we can check our inventory. We will then let you know the process for an exchange or a return. 

Returns 

We can accept a return on items that are unworn and unused within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Please email us first (support@thentvs.com). The customer pays the return shipping charges. Once a return is received, we will process the return and issue the credit.

Currency

Our product prices are shown in USD. If you’re an international customer, you will be charged in your currency. Some provinces in Canada will charge an extra duties/tax fee. Please check with your bank for further information. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Domestic packages may be shipped USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

International orders ship via USPS or FedEx. Options are available at checkout. USPS delivers in about 7-14 business days once shipped. FedEx delivers in about 3-5 business days once shipped.

Processing

All orders take 1-2 business days to process. During a release, processing time takes 3-5 business days. Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of USPS, sadly, we are no longer responsible for the package. In the unfortunate event that a problem does arise, please contact USPS or the postal carrier.
